This Nicaragua 74% dark chocolate bar is made from beans that we have selected from Nicaragua for their fruity potential. Their natural bitterness combined with fruitiness suggested an interesting association. Arriving at our two Hauts-de-France chocolate factories in Beussent (62) and Lachelle (60), the beans were roasted and conched in order to reveal all their flavor potential.
