Deliveries of orders are made by the transporter Chronopost (DPD Groupe) for mainland France. Orders received via the internet after payment has been accepted by the credit card center are prepared and shipped within a week.
The delivery times are as follows:
Metropolitan France: 24 to 48 hours from the removal of the package by the carrier for home delivery, except weekends and holidays.
Orders registered on the website from Thursday afternoon (12 noon - French time) until Monday morning, will be shipped from Monday afternoon for delivery within the deadlines announced by the transporter Chronopost.
These deadlines are given for information only. No compensation can be requested in the event of a possible delay in delivery.
We cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any deterioration that may occur to the products if the package has been opened during its delivery, or in the event of the recipient's absence when the package is dropped off.
In the event that deliveries cannot be made due to customs problems, strikes or damage or any other cause of force majeure under the responsibility of the carrier. The products will be replaced or refunded.

When validating the order, the customer selects his pick-up store as well as the time and day he wants. A delay of one day is necessary between the payment of the order and the withdrawal of the latter in order to prepare it with the greatest care.
On the day of picking up your order, all you have to do is go to the salesperson with your ID to collect your order.
The withdrawal period may be extended depending on the availability of certain products in the store, in which case we will contact you directly to confirm your withdrawal date if one or more products were to be out of stock.
