The 74% organic dark chocolate bar is made from beans that we have selected from Brazil for their complex aromatic potential: both floral and dried fruit, with soft and sweet aromas of caramel or vanilla. Arriving at our two Hauts-de-France chocolate factories in Beussent (62) and Lachelle (60), the beans are roasted and conched using traditional know-how in order to reveal their full flavor potential.
