A delicate Gianguja on a surprising bed of crunchy nougatine, coated with chocolate from our plantation.
All the cocoa beans of our Inalnapo plantation are cultivated in BIO and agro-forestry in respect of the environment.
We roast all our cocoa beans ourselves. Then we conching them to create our own chocolate.
All these steps are done in our workshop of Beussent in the Pas-de-Calais.
