Delivery and returns
For each product corresponds a net weight and a gross weight. The delivery rates are fixed according to the amount of your order, the delivery method chosen by the customer during the validation of the order and the destination area.

Transports - Shipping times
For mainland France, deliveries will be made by Chronopost (DPD Group) with tracking
After payment has been accepted by the credit card centre, orders received online will be prepared and sent within one week.
Transit times are as follows:
Metropolitan France: 48 hours from collection of the parcel by the carrier for home delivery and relay, with the exception of weekends and holidays.
Orders received on the website between Friday (French time) and Monday morning will be shipped Tuesday afternoon at the earliest.
These transit times are given as estimates only. No compensation may be claimed in the event of a delayed delivery.
Under no circumstances may we be held responsible for any damage caused to the products if the package is opened during transit, or if the recipient is absent when the package is delivered.
Replacements and refunds
No returns, refunds or replacements will be accepted. No claim may be made by the customer concerning the taste, freshness or appearance of the products.
In the event that the deliveries cannot be made due to problems related to customs, strikes, damages, or any other case of force majeure under the responsibility of the carrier, the products will be replaced or refunded.
