The 78% organic dark Ecuador chocolate bar is made from the famous and extremely rare Arriba Nacional Ecuad gold bean, considered by specialists to be one of the most famous in the world. We have been growing it since 2007 on our plantation in Ecuador. Arriving in France, the bean is roasted and conched in our two Hauts-de-France chocolate factories in Beussent (62) and Lachelle (60).
